V E N N

The town was originally named Ridgeland. The name was changed to Venn on February 1, 1909.
The town was named after Henry Venn, the foreman of the GTP railway crew that built the line into the town.
The Post office opened on June 1, 1905, and closed on October 31, 1969.
The current population is 14.
